I’m going to eat some Spring crow: K. Fisher was frustrating early but has amazing feet and quickly become very effective.
I think the high press definitely takes experience. I don't think it's art and I don't think it necessarily requires a "special sauce" but it definitely takes experience and guidance to know you're doing it right. Racing had trouble with triggering it at the wrong time and not triggering it together and that left us running around and exhausting ourselves and leaving holes that other clubs could exploit. Chicago is a team that sits back so they're easy to press compared to a more aggressive side like Washington or Gotham, but there's definitely much more intention behind what Racing is doing now.
